You know the drill. Control-click the Coda application and click the "Show Package Contents" contextual menu item. Then, open the Contents folder, and drop all of the .icns files included in your pack into the Resources folder. To reflect these changes on Coda, be sure to Get Info on the application, click the icon in the top-left corner so that it's highlighted, and hit the delete key. If you wish to see the document icons take effect on your computer, Get Info on one of each of the effected file types (ie, HTML), ensure that the Open With combo box has Coda selected, and click the Change All button.
